Job Description
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach.
Manage day-to-day operations across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
Create, curate, and schedule visually appealing and brand-aligned content, including images, videos, reels, and captions.
Coordinate with internal teams (F&B, Spa, Events, Rooms) to highlight property offerings and guest experiences.
Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages, comments, and reviews in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
Collaborate with influencers and brand partners for campaigns and activations.
Track performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and adjust strategies based on insights.
Ensure compliance with Fairmont and Accor brand guidelines and digital policies.
Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices within luxury hospitality and digital marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
2–4 years of proven experience managing social media for a luxury brand, preferably in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and scheduling tool
