Senior Staff Engineer, ATLASSIAN

• Total experience: 7.5+ years
• Strong hands-on experience in Jira Administration and Confluence Administration.
• Good understanding of Atlassian applications including Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Experience in configuring and customizing workflows, screens, issue types, schemes, permissions, notifications, and field configurations.
• Hands-on experience with both Atlassian Cloud and Data Center (On-Premise) environments.
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting Atlassian Marketplace plugins and apps.
• Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence Automation capabilities.
• Strong experience in creating reports, dashboards, filters, and gadgets.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Intelligence (AI) and ROVO capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer, configure, and maintain Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, and Bitbucket environments.
• Design and implement customizations including workflows, screens, schemes, permissions, issue types, and field configurations based on business requirements.
• Work directly with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and deliver enhancements independently.
• Configure, evaluate, and maintain Atlassian Marketplace plugins and third-party integrations.
• Develop and maintain automation rules for Jira and Confluence to improve operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, filters, and metrics to support business and project tracking.
• Support migration, implementation, administration, and troubleshooting across Cloud and On-Premise Atlassian environments.
• Collaborate with Agile teams and support Scrum and Kanban processes through effective tool configuration.
• Evaluate and implement Atlassian AI and ROVO capabilities to enhance productivity and knowledge management.
• Prepare technical documentation, provide user support, and ensure adherence to Atlassian administration best practices.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
