Puppet Consultant – 6 Month Contract
We are seeking an experienced Puppet Consultant to join a Government project on an initial 6-month contract.
In this hands-on role, you will support the delivery of key configuration management and infrastructure automation initiatives using Puppet Enterprise, working closely with technical teams to accelerate project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Puppet Enterprise
- Configuration management and infrastructure automation expertise
- Experience in enterprise environments
- Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills
- Current Australian Government Security Clearance (mandatory)

- Proven experience administering and developing solutions with Puppet Enterprise.
- Strong understanding of configuration management and infrastructure automation principles.
- Experience managing Linux and/or Windows server environments.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Ruby.
- Experience working within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
