Project management for complex, exciting and innovative projects in building construction, logistics and various branches of industry
Developing sophisticated solutions from concept development to the last detail for a wide variety of building types
Leading project teams with the responsibility for content and economic aspects of the projects
Central contact person for clients, contractors and internal teams
Precise, firm and result-oriented communication with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders
Planning, monitoring, coordination and control of the entire building permit process in accordance with Polish legislation
Acquire projects and clients as well as make initial contact. The aim is to develop an effective long-term relationships with our clients
Conducting of technical due diligence
Interdisciplinary, cross-site cooperation within our planning and project team
Independent project lead work on individual planning and subject areas
Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, construction management or similar
At least 10 years of professional experience in leading design, approval and execution planning and leading project teams
Proven experience in independently managing at least three projects with budgets exceeding EUR 30 million.
Experience with and knowledge of building permit and permit-related requirements and processes in accordance with Polish legislation
Solid experience in Project Management
High technical competence
Very good knowledge of English and Polish, both written and spoken. German good to have.
