· Experience: 3-6 years in banking, financial services, financial technology, or digital marketing.
· Digital Product Management: experience in building digital banking/financial solutions, especially for direct-to-consumer (D2C) platforms.
· Consumer Journey Design: Experienced in designing, building consumer journeys across multiple channels (website, mobile, etc.).
· Technical Expertise:
· Techno-commercial experience in BFSI.
· Coding exposure and understanding of platforms, APIs, and microservices.
· Data Handling: Hands-on experience with data and solving related challenges.
· Consumer Insights: Experience writing detailed product specs and documentation for consumer insights.
· Business Analytics: Experience with the Business Analytics Unit of a Bank/NBFC is beneficial.
· BI Tools: Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau, Qlik.,.
· Credit Scores: Understanding of credit scores.
· Partnership Management: Ability to evaluate partnerships.
