Conduct manual testing of the brand's web and mobile platform, covering functional, UI/UX, localization, and regression testing;
Test the cashier and local payment methods (PSE, Nequi, Daviplata) in real regional conditions;
Perform QA of CRM communications (email, push, pop-ups) and promo flows;
Verify ISP accessibility and region-specific behavior;
Write and maintain test cases, reports, and track bugs in Jira;
Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, and Dev teams.
1+ years as a Middle QA Engineer, preferably in iGaming, betting, or fintech;
Solid experience in manual testing of web and mobile products;
Ability to write and maintain basic automated tests (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium);
Strong understanding of test design, bug lifecycle, and QA documentation;
Experience testing payment flows and CRM communications;
Hands-on experience with Jira;
English level B2 or above;
Plus: API testing, performance/load testing basics.

Reliable and able to work at a high pace without losing quality;
Good communicator in cross-functional teams;
