Creative Artwork: Designing localized, eye-catching visual assets for rider campaigns, announcements, and safety initiatives.
Rider Communication: Crafting clear, engaging, and culturally relevant copy/graphics for our official communication channels.
Event Support: Developing branding materials, banners, and digital assets for upcoming rider events and town halls.
Social Media & Competitor Benchmarking: Acting as the dedicated PIC (Person In Charge) to manage our rider-facing social media presence and ensure our content outperforms competitor engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheet, Slide), experiences using Canva or Cap cut is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
