Job Description
Performing daily checks and minor repairs (e.g. fixing leaking taps, replacing lightbulbs, clearing pathways, inspect and clean air conditioning filters, clean and maintain pool filters, etc.).
Maintaining guest facilities and lodge equipment (e.g. air-conditioning filter cleaning, pool upkeep,etc.).
Supporting scheduled preventive maintenance (e.g. servicing generators, inspecting roofing and water heaters, conduct pest and termite inspection, etc.).
1–2 years’ experience in a similar role, with understanding of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work.
Reliable, committed, and adaptable to shift work; ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Good interpersonal skills, integrity, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, safety, and Accor’s Heartist values.
