Job Description

The purpose of this role is to operate a HP Indigo machine and produce digital prints accurately and efficiently while ensuring all raw materials are prepared, machine maintenance is performed, and quality standards are met throughout the production process. The role involves managing the full printing cycle from material procurement to delivery for post-press processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procure necessary raw materials, check accuracy, cut to appropriate dimensions, and prepare them for printing according to procedures.

  • Complete Raw Material Forms, Production Information, and Quality Forms to ensure traceability, entering data into the Job List for every task.

  • Perform process checks and obtain approval from the Quality Control Supervisor, recording all findings in the production sheet.

  • Execute production sheets provided by the Planning Manager on time and deliver completed work to Post-Press operators for cutting.

  • Perform initial machine interventions and advanced maintenance (Lv.2), reporting malfunctions to the Digital Technician to ensure optimal machine performance.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education level.

  • 0-2 years of experience in a production or printing environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with an analytical perspective.

  • Core competency in providing quick problem solutions with a positive and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment.

  • Possesses technical knowledge and the ability to provide support to other departments (Weaving, PFL, Printing, HTL, Thermal) when needed.

  • Experience of operating a HP Indigo machine (desirable)
