Assist the Recreation Manager in overseeing daily operations of all recreational facilities, including swimming pools, beaches, and sea activities.
Supervise and support lifeguards, beach boys, and recreation staff to ensure smooth and safe operations.
Coordinate and implement recreational activities and events to enhance guest experiences.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Swissôtel’s standards at all recreational areas.
Monitor the condition of recreational equipment and facilities, reporting maintenance needs promptly.
Provide training and mentorship to recreation staff, ensuring exceptional guest service delivery.
Assist in scheduling and managing lifeguard shifts to ensure proper coverage of swimming areas.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding recreational activities and services professionally.
Support the organization of sea and pool activities, ensuring safety and equipment availability.
Conduct regular inspections of recreational facilities to maintain cleanliness and operational standards.
Assist in developing and promoting special programs and events for guests of all ages.
Maintain accurate records of guest participation in activities and prepare reports for management.
Ensure that all recreational staff are properly certified and trained in safety protocols.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and provide a seamless guest experience.
Assist in managing the department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Promote sustainable practices within recreational activities, such as eco-friendly water sports.
Step in to oversee the recreation department in the absence of the Recreation Manager.
Monitor and respond to weather and environmental conditions to ensure guest safety during outdoor activities.

Bachelor's degree in recreation management, parks and recreation, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recreation management or a related field.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Certifications in specific areas of recreation, such as aquatics or fitness.
