Are you passionate about designing experiences that connect and inspire? Mendoza College of Business is looking for a creative and strategic Assistant Director of Prospective Student Engagement to shape the way prospective students interact with our graduate programs.
In this role, you’ll lead the planning and execution of in-person recruitment events, working closely with recruiters, faculty, and campus partners to create meaningful touchpoints for applicants. From large-scale events like Welcome Weekend to personalized campus visits, you’ll ensure every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
Using Slate CRM, you’ll analyze trends, optimize event strategies, and manage communications to enhance engagement and drive enrollment. You’ll also collaborate with marketing and external partners to expand event reach.
